OK so it’s not Wallace & Gromit or their own special brand of stop motion, but their special brand of humour is always welcome. Sure, much like Miyazaki’s films are the Crown Jewels of Studio Ghibli, Nick Park’s work has always been the biggest highlight, but Flushed Away is a personal favourite of mine and there’s a definite taste of that Aardman magic in the co-Production with Sony Pictures Animation. (Curiosly Sony’s Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs had fair amount of Aardman style humour.)
