Horrible Bosses is shaping up as a real contender. It has a decent cast which includes, Jason Bateman, Colin Farrell, and Kevin Spacey. It’s also got some actors playing against type (in a move that’s very reminiscent of Tom Cruise’s turn in Tropic Thunder) with Colin Farrell and Jennifer Aniston playing 2 of the 3 bosses who are so insufferable that their employees band together to plot their murders! Sort of 9 – 5 but taken a step further. Jamie Fox looks to have an interesting extended cameo as the “murder consultant” too.

For Nick, Kurt and Dale, the only thing that would make the daily grind more tolerable would be to grind their intolerable bosses into dust. Quitting is not an option, so, with the benefit of a few-too-many drinks and some dubious advice from a hustling ex-con, the three friends devise a convoluted and seemingly foolproof plan to rid themselves of their respective employers...permanently. There's only one problem: even the best laid plans are only as foolproof as the brains behind them.
