Marvel studios continue to tie together the films in the MCU
(Marvel Cinematic Universe) in interesting ways. After the ‘Marvel One-Shot:
The Consultant’ short story on the Thor Blu-Ray, staring agent’s Coulson & Sitwell,
filled in some of the gaps between Iron Man and the Incredible Hulk, we are now
going to be treated to some more of agent Coulson’s adventures a we see what
happens to him between his leaving Tony Stark in Iron Man II and arriving at
Thor’s Hammer in Thor 2.
These short story videos are another cool little tool that
Marvel Studios have chosen to help tie their films together and both give the
fans who have always been there, from the comics and cartoons, something a
little extra; whilst at the same time providing teasers and info to those
people just getting into the characters through the movies. I wrote an
unofficial ‘definitive guide to the MCU timeline’ for someone a month or two
ago and I’ll be putting that up in a few hours, so stay tuned for that and you
can see how most of Iron Man 2 actually takes place before the bulk of ‘The
Incredible Hulk’ and more. I’ll also add a revamped guide to the Marvel Easter
