The Grey: Red Band trailer Don’t “F***” with Liam Neeson, even if you’re a pack of Wolves...

I can honestly say that, in all my years of watching movies, I have never seen a character getting ready to punch the crap out of a pack of hungry wolves, by attaching broken bottles to their hands as extreme knuckle dusters! I fear a new, illegal, underground blood-sport may be born of this. “The first rule of wolf fight club is bring your own bandages!” But slap me if Neeson doesn’t manage to make it look cool; he pulls off the shot and those wolves are in for a hell of a beating.

Synopsis...

“In The Grey, Liam Neeson leads an unruly group of oil-rig roughnecks when their plane crashes into the remote Alaskan wilderness. Battling mortal injuries and merciless weather, the survivors have only a few days to escape the icy elements – and a vicious pack of rogue wolves on the hunt – before their time runs out.” Based on the Short Ghost Story "Ghost Walker" by Ian Mackenzie Jeffers; it has been written by Joe Carnahan & Ian Mackenzie Jeffers.

The film is written and directed by Joe Carahan, who I am growing quite fond of. Smoking Aces was a much better film than I thought it was going to be be. A lot of fun wit some very good action it. As for his film of The A-Team, that film was very poorly marketed. We had zero interest in watching it, based on the trailers, but when we finally sa it we found the story to be pretty well thought out (The focus on Plans was both a worthy homage to the show and a decent thread to hang the story around) and it had some innovative and exciting set pieces.

Here’s the trailer...
