I'm still trying to work out if it’s some kind of surreal
triumph, or just weird, opening a Die Hard film on Valentine’s Day, but I have
to say it is good to see Bruce Willis back as John McClane. There are those that hated the “family friendly”
Die Hard 4 (Live Free, or Die Hard) but I happen to think it worked as a film,
if less so as a Die Hard. Unlike the simply dreadful Taken 2 which also took
the rating slashing route, to far lesser success (Review will be here in an
hour or 3). The choice of director doesn't fill me with hope that this will be
one of the better Die Hard film, but hey you have to have hope right? The film is
directed by John Moore (Max Payne, The Omen (2006, Behind Enemy Lines.)
A Good Day to Die Hard…
