There’s not much to say that goes along with these pics. It’s just more appetite whetting before the full trailer arrives; but I’m sure some of them will get Twilight fans’ pulses racing.
The most interesting of the new pics? |
Just in case anyone is somehow unaware of just how popular these films are (and no, it aint just with teenaged girls)
He Twilight Saga...
Film | Year | North American Gross | International Gross | Worldwide | Budget
1 | Twilight | 2009 | $192,769,854 | $199,846,771 | $392,616,625 | $37m
2 | Twilight Saga: New Moon |
| $296,623,634 | $413,203,828 | $709,827,462 | $50m | ||||
3 | Twilight Saga Eclipse | 2010 | $300,531,751 | $397,959,596 | $698,491,347 | $68m |
As you can see the gross to production costs ration for the films is outstanding ad we won’t even bother getting into the revenue for the Blu-Rays & DVDs and the licensing windfall. Still for all the haters out there there’s just one more book and 2 films to go. (For now!)
Summit says...
“The highly anticipated next chapter of The Twilight Saga, directed by Academy Award winner Bill Condon.”
To clarify Bill Condon won an Oscar for Best Adapted Screenplay with the excellent Gods & Monsters. He was also nominated, on the same category, for his adapting of Chicago. He also adapted and directed the multi-Oscar nominated Dreamgirls.
