Bringing back memories of last year’s Muppet parody trailer (sure
they weren’t the first, but let’s face it, they are the best) The Ice Age 4 people have put one of the most
popular characters in modern movies (Scrat
the nut obsessed squirrel thing) into a Black & White, silent
trailer; mimicking the multi-award winning / nominated film The Artist. (Is
this movie silent? =–The Muppets is the movie in Swedish? )
This film is going to e huge, many adults and Americans may
not understand it, but the films have grown in popularity film by film and
remain extremely popular with kids around the world; The international gross
increasing at least $230m per film so far, even as the North American takings remained
static.. Empire Magazine even has the film ahead of The Amazing Spider-Man (which
is a risk anyway) and The Avengers as the likely number 2 film of this summer
season.
Ice Age grows internationally...

Synopsis...
“Scrat's nutty pursuit of the cursed acorn, which he's been
after since the dawn of time, has world-changing consequences - a continental
cataclysm that triggers the greatest adventure of all for Manny, Diego and Sid.
In the wake of these upheavals, Sid reunites with his cantankerous Granny, and
the herd encounters a ragtag menagerie of seafaring pirates determined to stop
them from returning home.”
